Stephen Sol & the 7 is a DC-based indie rock band known for their high-energy live shows with layered guitars, soulful harmonies, and comedic characters — think Tenacious D with a gospel choir.

With influences ranging from Pink Floyd and My Morning Jacket to Mac DeMarco and Bob Dylan, their songs fuse soulful grit with atmospheric textures and unexpected chord turns. Whether it’s a stripped-back acoustic ballad or a dynamic, full-band anthem, Stephen Sol & the 7 make music for those on a journey—through shadow and light, heartbreak and healing.
