IAN SWEET is the indie-pop and dream-rock project of musician and songwriter Jilian Medford. Raised in the San Fernando Valley and a graduate of the Berklee College of Music, Medford initially started the project as a trio before shifting it into an introspective solo endeavor. Known for her confessional lyrics, she blends raw emotional vulnerability with shimmering synths and dynamic, guitar-driven melodies.

Medford has built a critically acclaimed discography exploring themes of mental health struggles, trauma recovery, and personal growth.
