Foxtide is a dynamic, genre-bending indie-rock band from San Diego, known for their surf-infused sound blending psych-rock, jazz, surf, and 2000s indie/post-punk influences, fronted by Elijah Gibbins-Croft (vocals/guitar) with Oey James (bass), Dom Friedly (guitar), and Ian Robles (drums). They gained traction with their EP Visions (2021) and album Chaos (2024), building a reputation through energetic DIY shows and a sound reminiscent of The Strokes, Tame Impala, and Beach Fossils, exploring themes of boredom and routine in their lyrics.
