There’s an undeniable raw urgency in 5th of Four’s music. The Washington, DC-based rock band is impossible to ignore with stadium-worthy solos, fearless lyrics, and a high-octane live show that’s pure adrenaline. Lead singer Faith Hayden blends the smoky tonality of Patsy Cline with the swagger and attitude of David Lee Roth. A bit punk, a bit emo, and a whole lot of grit, 5th of Four is redefining what it means to make rock ‘n’ roll fun again.

2024 was a landmark year for the band, marked by the release of three scorching singles—”Love on Strike,” “Sparks,” and “Shades of Gray”—two Wammie nominations (Best Rock Group and Best Rock Album for 2023’s Hold on Tight), and a win for “Best Original Band” in Washington City Paper’s reader poll.
